Yea, these are my best friends by far, Barley and Hops.
Hops was the sweetest lover dog a person could find. I had to put her down on July 5th, 2005. She had Lymphoma. The 2nd from the last shot is of her on my lap on July 4th. I still miss her to this day.
Barley, well, he is a ham. The picture of two goldens is of Barley and his brother Junior, with whom he is staying while I am gone. I miss him dearly too. In the mean time he is in great care, going on long hikes in Southern New Mexico almost daily. He is loving life right now. I just hope he gets to find some cool mountain streams (his favorite) to dip in on those hikes
