CASTLE ROCK

Castle Rock was about a nine and a half mile hike from Mcmurdo.  The weather was unbelievably beautiful one day so we had to make the hike.

That is Nate Cannon on the left and John Reese with the snowboard on his back.  Once we got to the down hill part of the hike Nate and I really envied John for carrying that board.
